WEBDESK (Azaad English): The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) expects rainy weather conditions in Islamabad as well as in various Punjab cities.
Local regions should receive moisture through rains after enduring prolonged dryness.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department predicts that Monday February 17 will stay dry and humidity will rest between 31% and 35%. The moderate category of air pollution index in Islamabad stands at 152 according to local measurements.
A weather system will generate rainfall over Punjab cities from February 18 through February 20 respectively including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal and further areas.
Islamabad residents alongside those in Rawalpindi should protect themselves from allergic reactions since rain has brought on elevated pollen counts in the region.
Fresh precipitation is anticipated to enhance air quality while slowing down the progressing dry conditions. The climate of Lahore will persist under mostly cloudy conditions interspersed with brief periods of sunlight.
The metropolitan area of the city faces a ten percent likelihood of rainfall. During this period Murree as well as Galyat and the surrounding hill stations will experience delicate rain together with minimal snow events.
The PMD recommends citizens to follow weather forecasts so they can plan for the changing environmental conditions.
