MULTAN: Pakistan bowled out West Indies out for 137 runs in the replay of Pakistan’s 230 runs in the first innings of the first Test match.
Pakistan’s spain-due spinners Sajid Khan and Nauman Ali destroyed West Indies’ batting lineup, bundling them out for 137 on the second day of the first Test. The visitors fell 93 runs short of Pakistan’s first-innings total of 230.
Sajid Khan struck early. He dismissed Mikyle Louis for one and removed Keacy Carty for a Golden Duck on consecutive deliveries. West Indies slumped to 10/2 in just 2.2 overs.
In his next over, Sajid claimed Kraigg Brathwaite for 11 and sent Kavem Hodge back for four. The visitors collapsed to 22/4 in 4.5 overs.
Nauman Ali joined the attack and added to the chaos. He removed Justin Greaves for four, reducing the West Indies to 34/5 in 9.4 overs. Nauman struck again, dismissing Tevin Imlach for six and Alick Athanaze for six.
The wickets kept falling. Nauman sent Kevin Sinclair packing for 11 and claimed Gudakesh Motie for 19, completing his five-wicket haul. The West Indies were reeling at 91/9.
A brief resistance followed. Jayden Seales and Jomel Warrican added 46 runs for the last wicket. Abrar Ahmed ended the stand by dismissing Seales for 22. Warrican remained unbeaten on 31.
Nauman Ali finished with 5/45, while Sajid Khan took 4/26. Abrar Ahmed claimed the final wicket.
Earlier, Pakistan scored 230 in their first innings. Saud Shakeel top-scored with 84, while Mohammad Rizwan contributed 71.
Resuming at 143/4, Shakeel and Rizwan added 141 runs. Shakeel fell for 84 in the 56th over. Salman Ali Agha and Nauman Ali followed quickly, leaving Pakistan at 200/7.
Rizwan departed for 71, and the lower order added only 30 more runs. Sajid Khan scored 18 before being dismissed.

For the West Indies, Jayden Seales and Jomel Warrican took three wickets each. Kevin Sinclair claimed two, while Motie picked up one.
