Published annually by a UK-based newspaper, this list celebrates Asian figures across entertainment, music, literature, and social media.
Aamir is the only Pakistani star to break into the top 20, outshining global icons from Bollywood, Hollywood, and beyond. Her lead roles in hit dramas captivated millions worldwide, showcasing her exceptional acting talent.
Alongside her on-screen success, Hania Aamir became a beacon of positivity by addressing mental health openly and inspiring younger generations through her social media presence. With over 16 million Instagram followers, she is Pakistan’s most-followed celebrity on the platform.

Global recognition for Asian stars
Punjabi sensation Diljit Dosanjh topped the list after an extraordinary year marked by a record-breaking world tour, chart-topping songs, and critically acclaimed acting performances. His Dil-Luminati show became the most successful tour by a South Asian artist, surpassing fierce competition from international stars.
Other prominent figures include singer Charli XCX, Indian actors Allu Arjun and Vijay, and Hollywood’s Dev Patel and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Allu Arjun, ranked third, broke records with Pushpa 2: The Rule, while Chopra Jonas maintained her global dominance through high-profile projects, including Citadel season two.
In addition to Aamir, the list featured Pakistani icons like Riz Ahmed (11), Zayn Malik (21), Fahad Mustafa (23), Shazad Latif (24), Arooj Aftab (33), Hiba Bukhari (37), Atif Aslam (41), and Sajal Ali (48).
