Former President Donald Trump has so far swept reliable states and Vice President Kamala Harris has picked up blue strongholds, according to CNN.
Harris has 30 electoral votes while Trump has 154 electoral votes. Whoever, reaches the number 270 first, will be the next American President.
The AP has called Texas, Florida and South Carolina for the Republican Party. While, Delaware and Illinois has called for Democratic Party.
Trump vs Kamala’s views
The former US president has stuck to his longstanding slogan throughout the 2024 race, promising to “Make America Great Again” if voters send him back to the White House.
While, Harris has made abortion rights a focal point of her campaign and lambasted “Trump abortion bans” on the trail, which garned a lot of attention from the left-wing.
