The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore (BISE) has made latest pictures mandatory for the application for matric and intermediate admissions.
The decision has been made because the examination staff at the examination centres face difficulty recognising the candidates due to the old pictures on the roll number slips.
The BISE Lahore administration has said that no admission form with an old picture of the candidate will be accepted.
The rule will apply to admissions for the 9th grade and matriculation examinations for the year 2025, which started on November 2 and will close on November 27.
The admission forms can be downloaded from the official website of BISE Lahore.
