Residents of Islamabad and Rawalpindi are experiencing difficulties in sending voice notes and pictures on WhatsApp, both on mobile data and Wi-Fi. Many users have reported that these issues began on Sunday evening.
The issue is being faced in certain areas of the twin cities, possibly due to VIP movements ahead of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit.
As of now, there has been no official statement from the Pakistan Telecommunications Authority regarding the situation.
