An anti-terrorism court has remanded Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s sisters, Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan, into police custody for further physical remand.
Aleema and Uzma were presented in court after completing their one-day physical remand. The court, presided over by Judge Tahir Abbas Supra, was hearing the case registered at Kohsar Police Station under terrorism charges.
Aleema Khan took the rostrum, stating that after their arrest, they were held at a police station for 10 hours before being moved to the police lines. She also highlighted the plight of two elderly women who were arrested with them and later fell ill.

The court reserved its decision on the request for remand and later ordered a one-day physical remand for Aleema and Uzma.
Additionally, the court issued arrest warrants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur in connection with the same terrorism case registered at Kohsar Police Station.
