The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has initiated an investigation into a threatening post made from the official X (formerly Twitter) account of the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan.
A four-member team from the Cyber Crime Wing of FIA, led by senior officials from Islamabad, has been assembled to probe the matter.

According to sources, the team is scheduled to travel to Adiala Jail to investigate with the Imran Khan. The founder, currently incarcerated, will be questioned by the investigative and technical officers regarding the controversial post.
The post in question, which has sparked considerable controversy, was shared from the Imran Khan’s verified X account. The nature of the post and its implications are central to the ongoing inquiry.
