Following Saudi Arabia, it has now been revealed that Pakistanis visiting Iran and Iraq for pilgrimage are also involved in begging. As a result, there is a possibility that Iraqi authorities may blacklist Pakistani citizens, according to Pro Pakistani.

Reports indicate that Iraqi authorities have sent a letter to Pakistan, highlighting the involvement of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) officials in this issue.

Iraqi officials have also reported that Pakistani girls aged 18 to 25 are begging in Iraq, with approximately 60,000 illegal Pakistani immigrants present in the country.

Iraqi authorities have demanded that the Pakistani government should ensure that pilgrims return after completing their pilgrimage.

Meanwhile, the FIA reported that 66 women and their children have been detained in Baghdad for begging.
