The overall pass rate is 44%, down 6% from last year. Zahid Mian, the controller of examinations, highlighted the need for improved focus in studies.

The Multan Board reported a pass rate of 49.48% for Class 9th exams. Of 139,786 candidates, 69,169 passed, indicating a need for educational improvement.
