The Pakistan U18 volleyball team secured their fourth consecutive victory at the Asia U18 Volleyball Championship 2024 with an impressive 3-1 win over Chinese Taipei in their first Super Eight match on Thursday.
This latest victory significantly boosts Pakistan’s chances of advancing to the semifinals in Volleyball Championship. After a perfect record in the group stage, where they won all three matches, Pakistan was drawn into a tough Super Eight group with Japan, Chinese Taipei, and Korea.
In a thrilling encounter to open the Super Eight stage, Pakistan demonstrated exceptional skill and composure, winning with set scores of 25-20, 24-26, 25-18, and 25-23. Key contributions came from Mehd Ali Shah, Abu Bakar, Muhammad Yahya, and Muhammad Anas.
