Chief Justice (CJ) Qazi Faez Isa clarified that the audio recording allegedly featuring Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan in conversation with judges was not leaked by the Supreme Court.
After consulting with the IT staff, it was determined that some of the voices in the recording did not originate from the apex court.
The controversial audio, which emerged during the second hearing of a case concerning amendments to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), spread widely across social media platforms. However, Justice Athar Minallah questioned the significance of the leak, pointing out that the discussions took place in an open court.
