By WEB DESK: After a decrease in the value of the US dollar, the annual price of construction steel has significantly declined.
According to market sources, the minimum price of local steel has decreased by a total of 13,000 rupees so far. Today, the minimum price of local steel is 229,000 rupees per ton, and the maximum price is 236,000 rupees per ton.

Moreover, in Karachi the price of steel per ton is 236,000 rupees, in Lahore 232,000 rupees per ton, and in Multan 229,000 rupees per ton. In Islamabad, the price per ton is 234,000 rupees, and in Faisalabad, it is recorded at 231,000 rupees per ton.
On the other hand, the price of branded steel has also decreased. The minimum price in the market is recorded at 261,000 rupees per ton, and the maximum price at 255,000 rupees per ton. It is noteworthy that at the beginning of this year, the price of steel per ton in the country had reached 305,000 rupees.
